The full-day program, which aimed to raise awareness about cyber security, provided educational resources, and engaged the public through interactive sessions, attracted a significant number of attendees. The VNPF Air Vanuatu building was chosen for its ideal location and spacious facilities, which comfortably accommodated the various activities and participants.
CERTVU and the Cybercrime Unit of the Vanuatu Police Force had their booths set up in front, where they distributed flyers to every passerby. A big LED screen was also installed, displaying promotional and awareness videos throughout the day. Throughout the event, speeches and awareness sessions were conducted, emphasizing the importance of cyber security. The aim of this event was to reach as much of the population of Port Vila town as possible to be able to identify incident and report.

"We are thrilled with the turnout and the level of engagement from the community. This event was a significant milestone for us, and we believe it has greatly contributed to increasing cyber security awareness in Vanuatu," said a representative from CERTVU.
The event was seen as a valuable opportunity for the community to gain insights into cyber security practices and participate in educational activities, marking a memorable and impactful celebration for CERTVU.
