"The Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT Vanuatu) Monthly Bulletin is an analysis and awareness tool that aims to provide a summary of the performance of CERT Vanuatu's business operations and processes. 

Armed with powerful insights, infographics, analytics, and data visualizations, constituents and audiences of different calibre can use these reports to see newly discovered attack vectors, vulnerabilities with active exploits, insightful explanations of how recent attacks worked, and other useful data. In addition, a Monthly bulletin can be used to track progress, performance, and overall day-to-day activities of Cyberspace and the Internet.

The Government of Vanuatu through the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) and CERT Vanuatu serves with the purpose of ensuring Vanuatu's National Security is upheld, Data Sovereignty is respected whereby businesses and citizens of Vanuatu can surf the Internet and use online services in a well-protected and secure environment."
