"The Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT Vanuatu) Monthly Bulletin is an analysis and awareness tool that aims to provide a summary of the performance of CERT Vanuatu's business operations and processes.

In addition, a Monthly bulletin can be used to track progress, performance, and overall day-to-day activities of Cyberspace and the Internet.

The Government of Vanuatu through the department of Communication and digital Transformation (DCDT) and CERT Vanuatu serves with the purpose of ensuring Vanuatu's National Security is upheld, Data Sovereignty is respected whereby businesses and citizens of Vanuatu can surf the Internet and use online services in a well-protected and secure environment."
